To be honest i thought it was a fair result although both teams could have snatch it near the end.

I'd agree, either team could have snatched it, they probably had the better chances in the second half (although Grice was unlucky with a great shot). Draw a fair result.........

Their supporters were a bunch of muppets though! It was like One Flew Over The Cuckoo's Next behind the goal. I hope the nurses noticed they were missing.
Definately a fair result, their goal was an absolute corker and we were lucky to have scrambled a couple of chances out off the line in the first half. Credit to GC, he was sat near us in the crowd at first, and after 5 mins of awful football he demanded changes in the midfield which definately made a difference. For me Sean Grice was man of the match but Tom Edmonds also did very well as usual.
The linesman on our side was pretty slow and did a very poor job. He didn't get vast amounts wrong, but for most of the game waited for the ref to give something before he ventured to raise his flag. This included throws and I was a bit perplexed as to what he was actually being paid for. Most of the time he was 30 or so yards off the line of play.

Too true - lino was completely useless. Not one-sided, just s*te. Ref did a decent job considering the lack of help - kept things pretty calm, dealt with a couple of ugly situations well and generally got most decisions right.
Agree re brain-dead apes behind the goal. One in particular seemed to be out on day release.

Lets hope Billy Piper can play soon, I expect she's filming the Christmas Dr Who special.

Only Dover have lost fewer games than us. made of steel our boys ,never know when they're beat. If that ball had gone in and not hit the bar,the K's would never have come back.
