One of the best days watching BHTFC in recent years was going to the Amex and seeing a great display of what level of football we can produce.
I know we lost but it was the way we played that made the day for me.
So what do I want this season from this cup? I want us to give a start to all those players who sit out most games and let them play with freedom to score, if we lose 3-10 so what! Personally I’ve never seen the value of it at all, it’s just a chance to pickup a few yellow cards and injuries.
Is it just me?

I'm sure Jay will rest a couple but last few games we have had decent players on the bench and it's a great opportunity to keep the momentum going.

clearly Lovett wasnt bothered about winning that match and thats why he'll never take the club anywhere but down. And he can take that clown Pollard with him let the whole team down.

Got almost everything I wanted a good number of first choices being rested, bits of entertainment and knocked out but not embarrassed.
Only negative was the red card, I’m waiting to find out what happened as down the other end we saw nothing.

It wasn't the best performance but the right decision to give some fringe players a game.
We could have had a draw but their keeper pulled off a worldie in the last minute when Kelly's shot was heading into the corner.
I also don't have a clue what happened on the red card but I'm afraid Pollard and Doherty at the back fell well short of the D'Arienzo/Spinks pairing and neither looked like first choices.
Michael Campbell worked hard up front but with no support and the back line and midfielder were too slow to get forward.
Let's face it, it was like playing against 12 men as the ref was so one sided it was embarrassing. Where do they get these clowns, the County FA must be desperate.
Normal service to be resumed Saturday.
