A mere two weeks ago people were talking up Ramsgate as run away championship contenders.
But a loss on 7th at Cray and a surprising home draw last weekend has seen the table narrow up at the top. The classy Chats must be rubbing their mitts as they now lurk just one point behind.
Its a big game on Saturday for the hosts but also for us.
If we are going to make a decent attempt at entering 2022 23 play off discussions then time is starting to run out. Easier opportunities will present but a result in Kent this weekend would start that ball rolling nicely.
A loss will see us drop down the South East perhaps alarmingly!

Ramsgate have comfortable afternoon.
Hosts 4 BHTFC 1. 3pm bright chilly dry afternoon (perfect for football)
We played well in the opening period and the Hit Man Dan Perry did what he does best. Score ! But we struggle to hold leads and within 40 secs it was one one.
A mistake at the back gave Ramsgate a soft ht lead.
Lewes Taylor returned to make his seasonal debut and looked strong in the middle. We passed the ball well for long spells, the hosts happy to soak up. After giving the ball away cheaply the hosts wrapped up the game with a break away goal. Then topped off a great day with a last kick 4th.
We were well beaten on the day.
