Good morning and welcome to MATCH DAY here in Mid Sussex. It's Cray Valley Papermills Fc 7.30 in the Isthmian South East.
Our visitors might think they are in a play off battle but for me they show way to much inconsistencies to prove a real threat in that arena. They enjoyed an 11 match unbeaten run Oct through 21st Jan but since then form has been a bit 'sketchy' last weekend they were held nil nil by Sittingbourne. They are currently 7th in the league and a loss tonight would see their play off dreams way off the pace.
Remember we did beat these guys on 16th April 22 on a beautiful sunny day when most of us travelled. Perhaps Jay's finest moment.
A 'damp' day will turn into a cloudy but dry evening. There won't be much wind but something strange will happen around ht. The breeze will suddenly blow from the complete other diection. North West to south east. See if you notice it !
Cold again so coats hats and scarves !
Ray and I are going to watch ebbsfleet v worthing in North Kent but will be strained to the socials
I truly believe that if everyone is on the same wavelength tonight both on and off the pitch I would say this is a home banker !
