Yes, it could be true if you've not seen a Non-League Paper, Sheffield United have been scouting 2 of our best players recently, both are under contract I think so we could be in foir a cash windfall. Trinidad Youth Keeper Andre Foseter and former Brighton striker Ashley Jarvis could be handed a trial sometime in the New-Year.
Foster, 20, is a commanding 6ft 4 keepr and Jarvis was part of the Brighton Youth team which reached the Quarter Finals of the F.A Youth Cup last season. Foster was only 15 when he played for Burnham Ramblers in the F.A Youth Cup, he went on to play for their first team, then Billericay and Canvey Islands Reserves. Andre has said "I don't like making excuses, but I broke my ankle halfway through a trial at Chelsea 3 years ago and that stopped my progress". Andre is in the final year of a course at Southampton University, "It's a big step from Burgess Hill to the Premiership, but I believe in myself and I'm really excited about Sheffield United's interest. I'm looking forward to showing them what I can do. My ambition is to play in the Premiership or an equivalent league abroad and for Trinidads Senior side."Southampton based Ashley Jarvis said, "I needed to gain confidence when I was released by Brighton and I have enjoyed playing for Burgess Hill. If you put in enough work, hopefully something will come of it - being watched by Sheffield United gives me a ,ot of confidence."
Burgess Hill boss Gary Croydon believes both players would thrive at a higher level, he said, "Andre is physically strong and commands his area, but he also has extremly good reflexes and gets down well. I've never seen a keeper as good at this level, I think this guy is something special and with full-time coaching he could be a professional footballer. Ashley was unlucky no to be taken on by Brighton. He is our leading scorer and we've got high hopes for him."
