Where were Gary's assistants on Saturday? Seemed that the warm up man (in black fleece) and steve sallis were the only people giving instructions. Was that instructed by
Gary? Speaking to one of the Hastings Directors on Saturday they said Sallis was close to getting the managers job their a couple of years ago. He seems a bit young! However more sense was coming out of his mouth than the whole bench put together. Gary seems loathed to use him for some reason. Whether he wants him as an assistant or player Im not sure. Our passing performance was so dire we could have done with his experience on saturday. however still a great victory. well done boys

I think he's not playing as the current XI have performed quite well this season and the last thing you need to do is change it every week, look at Liverpool
