Rise and Shine its Match Day. We travel to Eden Park Beckenham 2pm.

Its another new ground to discover as our hosts enjoy their 1st season in the South East. Last seasons County outfit have had a remarkable early season run which saw them in the 4th qualy of the Fa Cup even beating Dartford away in the process. (remember them ). In the league they started like steam trains and were top after 4 games. There have been some recent losses including here in west sussex Littlehampton on Tuesday nite which has stalled their run slightly. but 13 games in its 23 points and 6th place (and an excellent home record to boot). The club will be in bouyant mood as we visit today and will looking for another home win.

We embark on our 6th game in November 22 and its been quite good picking up 7 from 15. All the points have come on the road. Dan Perry is starting to motor as Hill goals continue to flow but we are prone to leaving the back door open leading to some tense moments.


l would take a clean sheet today and let Perry and comp decide if we end the month with 8 or 10 points.

We lose two one

After a blistering start to the game, one one after 120 seconds, the vibe calmed as both teams looked to probe on a 'dead' surface where the ball failed to bounce.

During the 2nd half I was convinced they wouldn't score again and it looked like the Hit Man was going to give the Hilians all three points. Two great hits on goal but saved.

Then with the last kick of the game our hosts eventually got one on target to break all our hearts


A sombre trip home no doubt for the Alliance and all connections.

A poor end to our 6 match Nov campaign
